Accessing our library services from home

The children have regular opportunities to change their books at school, however if your child would like to request a book from the library, please do so using our book a book system.

In order to access the system, all your child needs to do is to complete a short form.  Mrs Sands will then select a book for your child to read and will deliver it to their class.

Mrs Sands is contactable via the school office if you would like some advice on supporting your child’s reading or some recommendations for books.

 

Advice for parents on supporting reading at home

Over the pandemic, Mrs Sands made this useful video for parents about how to support their child’s reading at home.  The advice in the video provides great tips for helping your child to read at home.
